Housing – help with tenancy issues

Dwayne was on a joint tenancy for social housing with his brother, but their relationship had broken down.

The police had been called several times because Dwayne’s brother had been violent towards Dwayne and his family. SWLAC successfully helped draft an emergency application for an Occupation Order to prevent the brother coming back to the property. SWLAC has also continued to support this client with associated matters since this initial consultation.
