The main legal problems addressed include those relating to:

  • Contracts and consumer issues
  • Bankruptcy and Insolvency (including Individual Voluntary Arrangements)
  • Limited areas of Housing/Landlord and Tenant Law – please see below
  • Wills and succession to property after a death
  • Personal injury claims
  • Criminal law (basic advice only)
  • Other areas of law: we may be able to assist, but it is worth checking first

Areas of Law we do not cover

Please note that we do not offer Debt, Immigration, or Benefits advice.

At present, we can only offer advice on Housing Law in certain limited categories where legal aid is not available, namely:

  1. Received a repossession notice
  2. Tenancy deposit disputes
  3. Challenge to proposed rent increase
  4. Succession of tenancy issues
