Nikhil D’Souza

Nikhil D’Souza qualified as advocate in India in 2014 and a solicitor (England and Wales) in 2018. He previously worked in private practice as a competition and trade lawyer at a leading law firm in Mumbai. In 2018, he joined the UK Government Legal Department in London as an advisory lawyer with the Department for International Trade Legal Advisers. He is now a Legal Counsel with the EU and International Division at the Bank of England.
