Richard is a recently retired solicitor, with over 30 years’ experience in the City of London and in-house.  He began his career in the City with a Magic Circle firm as a corporate finance lawyer, before being a partner at a number of US and international law firms.  His last job was as General Counsel of a leading cyber security company which he took public in 2021.  He remains on the Law Society Roll as a non-practising solicitor and is a volunteer for the NHS and the Royal Voluntary Service.
